 The GB35 series incubators were designed to grant to newborns the best climatic and hygienic solutions.

Mechanical movements

The inclination into Trendelemburg position and high adjustmens are possibile. The patient’s pad is inclined together with the whole canopy. The movements are effected by linear actuators.

Temperature control

The air or baby’s skin temperature control can be effected, by automatic thermocontroller with air and baby skin probes.

Canopy

The canopy, made of plexiglas, without rubber gaskets, gives the best visual access to the baby and can be disassembled without tolls, washed easily and efficiently. The number of access panels varies in different models of the series.

The canopy is transparent for blue phototherapeutic light and for x-rays, so the baby cab be treated and examined in the patient’s chamber. The X-ray cassette holder is under the mattress, out of the canopy.Regolazione di umidità

Humidity control

The humidity inside the patient’s chamber is controlled by active, hygienic humidifier, with the chamber used normally in the respirator’s humidifiers.

Oxygentherapy

The air can be enriched with oxygen up to 40%. If higher concentration is necessary, the oxygen cupola shoul be used.

Air delivery system

The air enters through the air filter, then is heated and humidified. The prepared air enters the pre-chamber, where it can be enriched by oxygen. The air goes through chamber an then gets out. The air in the chamber is changed every 3 minutes, so the baby is always in clean and fresh air.

• The basement of the incubator has a box for disposabled, is on 4 wheels, 2 of them – with brakes, 1 – antistatic
• Inclination into the Trendelemburg and anti- Trendelemburg position, up to 12° 
• Access panels and portholes:
  - 4 portholes ( 2 on each side)
  - 1 front access port (optional – access port at rear side)
  - 2 holes for tubes, probes etc.
• Security system with visual and sound alarms
• Memory of the preset temperature values in case of incubator switched off.
• Special key ENABLE, which lets to avoid the incidental changes of operation mode
